Stepping directly into the bathroom took me by surprise at first, giving off a strange feeling, but the room itself had a beautiful blend of classical and modern European elements. The small balcony with a view of the neighboring building and access to the Executive Lounges on the 17th Floor were delightful additions to the stay.

The hotel’s location near the metro and Taipei main station made it extremely convenient for exploring Taipei and other parts of Taiwan easily with public transportation. Manager Jennifer's assistance in securing a booking at Le Palais was highly appreciated and added to the exceptional location benefits.

The dining experience was a delight with a wide variety of Asian and Western food options. The ability to order and have food delivered directly to the table was a unique and enjoyable touch. However, some food items should have been complimentary, as I found the pricing a bit high on a couple of occasions.
Facilities
The hotel offered fantastic facilities, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, a few complimentary dining options would have enhanced the experience further.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and luxurious, offering all the amenities one would expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff provided high-quality service, with friendly and attentive individuals, although there was a slight misunderstanding about a hotel policy. The location was excellent, right across the street from the main railway and bus stations, allowing easy access to transportation. The dining experience was decent, with fresh ingredients, but the breakfast selection could be improved. Overall, a great value for the money spent.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The rooms were cleverly designed with luxurious bathrooms and all the amenities you would need, despite being located next to a speeding highway. The insulation was spectacular, keeping the busy traffic noise outside, and the room itself was well appointed and luxurious.

The location was excellent, just across the street from the main railway and bus stations. It was extremely convenient to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The best thing about the hotel was its proximity to the main bus station, with the metro conveniently located just underneath the mall next door. The staff and facilities were great; I really enjoyed staying there.
